Enter and Find Internal job charges

Internal Job Charges are those charges that originate in your company and are not assigned to a staff person.

Invoked from Jobs > Job Charges > Internal, this screen enables you to view or modify previously entered internal charges, such as color copies or CDs for example, or enter new internal charges to Jobs.

Enter Internal Job Charges

Click the Jobs > Job Charges > Internal + icon.

Enter the default date if it is different from the current date.

Enter the Job charge information. This includes:

  • Job Number (e·silentpartner will then display the Job title)
  • Item code
  • Date (Defaults to the default date in the top of the window, but can be overridden if necessary).
  • Quantity (Quantity for the charge)

Note: After the quantity is entered, e·silentpartner calculates the Job charge that will be billed to the Job. YOU MAY OVERRIDE THIS IF NECESSARY.
  • Enter a line note if desired by clicking the note icon.
  • Repeat steps until all charges are entered.
  • Click Insert when completed and the charges are added to the client Jobs.

Note: You may change any of the charges up to the point where you click Insert. However, once these charges are saved, you can only change these entries by deleting the specific charge and reentering the entry, as it should have been entered.

Find Job Charges

In the search window at Jobs > Job Charges > Internal (Search), enter your search criteria and click Search.
