Multiple estimate templates, based on job types, can be set up and ready to use for live projects. For instance, a print collateral production job may involve both time and outside vendor expenses. Using historical information from previous jobs, you can set up a template that can be used as a starting point for developing a specific job estimate template.

First, set up a client and client contact called TEMPLATE

To set up an estimate template, you will need to start a job for each estimate template type. In order to create a job, you will need a Client called ‘Template’ and Client Contact with the first name of ‘Tem’ and the Last Name of ‘Plate’.

To set up a new Client go to Setup > Client > and click the Green plus icon to add a client.

To set up a new Contact go to Setup > Client > and click the Green plus icon to add a contact.
