Procedures for closing the year in e·silentpartner for all Hosted and Non-Hosted clients.
As of v5.0, you can now close the prior year in any period 1-12 of your next fiscal year. Non-hosted clients running v3.9 and prior, must close the prior year by the last day of the 2 nd period of the current year.

For example, February 28 (or 29 for leap years) if using a calendar fiscal year.
