How to transfer tasks to other jobs?
  1. In the Plan window:
    a. Select the tasks you want to transfer to another job.
    b. Click on the “Plan Options” icon and select “Transfer Tasks” on the dropdown menu.
  1. A pop-up window will display where you can select the Job to which you want to transfer the tasks and if you want to transfer job charges and blogs attached to the task as well:
  1. Click on “Submit” button.
  2. You will see that the task transferred has been placed at the end of the plan of the job selected:

This process will remove the task from your current plan. If you don’t want to do this make sure you duplicate the task before transferring it to another job.
