Email/Delinquent Time

e·silentpartner has various email functionality including emailing Blog communication for jobs and tasks, reports, client invoices and estimates, vendor payment notifications, delinquent time notifications etc. This window is used to maintain the email server settings and delinquent time setup. These features require email addresses to be maintained for employees, client contacts and vendors.

  • Email Server Settings. In order to send email notifications thru esilenpatner, several SMTP server settings must be maintained including the server address, port & authentication type.
    • For Hosted Clients: Use the settings specified below.
      • SMTP Server: mailsrv.medigroupltd.com
      • SMTP Server Port: 25
      • Authentication Type: None
      • Use SSL & TLS: Leave unchecked
    • For Non-hosted Clients: Check with your email administrator on what settings should be defined for your email server.

See e·silentpartner Jobs documentation for Communication functionality.

  • Email Delinquent Time. Use this feature to send email notifications on a Daily or Weekly basis to employees and supervisors when staff time is delinquent. If hosted, please contact e·silentpartner customer support whenever you wish to initiate or change the check interval for this feature.
    • Check Interval: Daily or Weekly.
        • Otherwise, select None to disable the feature.
        • This feature automatically checks for delinquent time for the prior day or prior week based on Sun-Sat. For example, a weekly check interval on Wednesday, will report delinquent time for the PRIOR Sun-Sat week and exclude any missing time for the current Mon-Wed week.
    • Check Day: If Weekly is selected, then specify which day Monday thru Friday that the delinquent time check should run each week.
    • Cutoff Time: The server time AM or PM that the check should run each day or week, such as 0:00 AM for the beginning of the day.
        • If hosted with e·silentpartner, then the time entered should be based on the Eastern time zone location of the hosted server instead of the company’s actual time zone.

CRM

This window has three purposes: click to activate CRM, define the administrator for CRM and enter the required information if you want to interface directly with Firedrum. All of these options are discussed in a separate CRM user guide.

Update Database

Making sure you have a backup and understanding this cannot be undone, clicking the Orange button updates the database to the current version of e·silentpartner including tables, columns, data fixes, etc.
