Log in Procedure
Whenever someone attempts to access e·silentpartner, they must log on with a valid company code, username (employee or vendor code) and password.
Access is allowed only to those individuals who were previously setup as either an employee or vendor in e·silentpartner, who are defined in the security section of
e·silentpartner and who entered the correct Username and Password.
If any of these conditions are not met, access is denied.

When the log in procedure is complete and correct, e·silentpartner will invoke the access privileges assigned to that individual. The rules that apply are the following:
- The options on e·silentpartner’s main menu bar are specific to the individual. For example, if an individual has not been granted access to the GL menu, the GL menu will not be displayed on the menu bar.
- If an individual is allowed access to a specific menu, but not all of its functions, only those functions an individual can access will be displayed.
