From the left menu under PTO, each employee has the ability to review three reporting windows regarding time off: Waiting for Approval, Approved and History.

The Pending PTO window will display any time off request that has been submitted and is with the PTO Approver for review. Should the employee have a Pending time off request that they no longer wish to take the time off, they may delete the request by clicking on the red X next to the request.

For all time off that has been approved e·silentpartner will display the approved time off in chronological order. This includes any upcoming time off as well as prior approved time off for up to 100 records.

The employee may also review the time off used and remaining balance by calendar year by clicking on the History menu.
