e·silentpartner provides the ability to track employees Paid Time Off (PTO) for a calendar year. PTO functionality initiates an approval process, where an employee sends a PTO request that will be approved or rejected by a PTO supervisor. When approved, a PTO record is created, updating the total PTO used hours, the remaining PTO hours for the employee, and optionally, creating an automatic time charge.
Divided into several PTO categories: Personal Time Off, Vacation Time Off, Sick Time Off, and Rollover Time Off, PTO functionality also offers an accrual process that will increase every payroll period the number of available PTO hours according to each employee’s setup.
