Employee not present

There may be instances where time off must be recorded and the employee is not present, for example periods of sick time. The PTO Approver may do so by navigating to the employee record and click the green plus sign, +, on the row that will be updated.

Upon doing so, the PTO Approver will be presented with a pop-up window to enter the appropriate time off.

Upon submission, the time off will be decremented accordingly.
