Log in
After opening the app, use the same credentials that you regularly use to log in to e·silentpartner.
Enter Company, Username and Password as you usually do when connecting to e·silentpartner from your browser. Make sure to check “Remember me” and to accept the “terms of service & Privacy policy”.
Register your device
Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be prompted to enter a unique OTP (one-time password), for security and device registration purposes. You will only need to do this once with every device you want to use the app from. This will be sent to the email account set up for your user profile in your e·silentpartner browser application under Welcome, Your Display Name > My account.
When you log in to your account from your mobile device for the first time in an email like the one below will be sent to you.
Use the OTP code provided in the email to log in from your mobile device.
Once you’re logged in, your device is registered. You can manage your authorized devices from your e·silentpartner browser application under Welcome, Your Display name > My authorized devices. Your registered Devices will be listed and can be removed at any time.
