The Blogs page is the primary location to see your blogs, a list of messages for jobs or tasks people have sent you since you last logged in. The number of unread messages will show on each blog thread, and you can tap a blog to view a thread.

Tap the search bar to search for blogs for a specific job. A list of your assigned jobs will pop up that you can either scroll through or type a job number/title to search.

Filter

You can also tap the search icon on the left side of the search bar to switch to filter your blogs list. You can filter by typing the job number/name.

You can filter all the blog messages which you have accessed and received during a single log in session

Create Blog

Tap the orange plus icon on the bottom right to create a new blog thread.

  • Type the job number or job title and select to add a new blog.
  • Once the Create New Blog page opens, you can add recipients by selecting from the drop-down list.
  • The recipients selected will show in black bubbles, with the option to delete any by tapping the orange X on each.

Also, any contacts added as recipients will be outlined in red.
  • You can then add up to three (3) attachments, like photos or files.
  • Type your message and tap Create to send the blog.

Review and Reply

To view all the messages on a blog thread, including replies and attachments, tap the blog. Tap the people icon to view the list of recipients included in the reply. By typing in the text box, you can reply to the thread, add/remove recipients and tap + to add attachments.
