From the Admin menu, navigate to the Day Part submenu. In doing so, the user is presented with the Day Part setup window. A listing of existing codes will display.
Click the green plus icon to open the insert window and add a new day part code. Enter a Code, Description, From/To times in military time format (e.g. 0600 for 6am, 1800 for 6pm, 2100 for 9pm) and click the Insert button to save to the database.
When importing broadcast orders from Strata, Day Part codes are automatically inserted in e·silentpartner for any imported codes that do not already exist. The day part descriptions should subsequently be edited to assign the desired names.
From the main Day Part window, should a code need to be deleted, click on the red icon 
. If the code is used on any order, the user will be presented with the following message.
