Once time is submitted for approval from the Pending Charges window, the charges will change from PEND to REQA status. Approvers can then approve or reject any time charges from their Alerts window under the Bell icon at the top right.

Emails are automatically sent to the approvers when users submit their time for approval and to the users when their time is subsequently rejected or approved. No emails are sent for any time to be approved by the administration.

Approvers should check the box to the left of the time charges and click Approve Charges or Reject Charges accordingly.

If the Supervisor elects to reject any charges, they will be prompted to enter a reason.

Once approved, time charges are removed from the pending charges window and updated with a status of BILL, NOBILL, or HOLD based on the job or item setup.
