Once your client signs off on the estimate, you can designate the estimate a master estimate. This means e·silentpartner is tracking this estimate vs. actual hours, out of pocket expenses and any invoices on the job in real time.
From your Estimate, select Options > Approve to make this a master estimate for this job.

Master estimates are client or internally approved estimates. You may have several revisions of an estimate but only one can be the master estimate.

You can adjust the master estimate template by editing the original template and creating a new master estimate. Users cannot delete an estimate version once it has been approved even if another version is subsequently approved.
