Welcome to our customer support system - eForum. eForum is the online help desk and support portal for e·silentpartner clients. We provide this service for several reasons:
- To report and track any request of the Medi Group Ltd. Support Team – anytime, anywhere. These requests can be training issues, enhancements, documentation, suggestions and/or bug reports.
- To view requests submitted by people within your own company.
- To search for information on a request to see if it were reported previously.
- To view all open or closed requests by your company.
- To view our scorecard...how many requests were submitted by your company and how long it took to respond and resolve your requests.
