The first page the contact will see is a list of all the jobs for which that contact has access. By clicking on a job number, the contact can view information on that specific job that is allowed by you when you set up the client access.

Once a contact clicks on a job number, they can see a snapshot of the job’s scope, which mirrors much of the information you can see on the Job Start window on your eSP.

Within a particular job’s overview, your client contact will also have a menu available for that particular job where they can upload and view digital assets, review the master estimate, view invoices, traffic plan, general notes, change orders, creative briefs, and also have the option to send notes to you. All these will be available depending on the access you gave the client previously.
