Upload
Both you and your client can upload digital assets and share it with each other:
- e·silentpartner user: upload digital assets through Job# > Digital Assets > +. To share with the client through the eClient portal, the option “Asset visible in eClients/eVendors” should be checked after uploading the asset.
- Client contact on eClient portal: upload assets through Job# > Upload Asset. Choose a file and click “Upload”. You should be able to see the asset in your eSP under Job# > Digital Assets after your client uploads it.

A client contact can view the digital assets he/she uploaded as well as the ones you shared with them. They can either go through Job# > Digital Assets, or click on the clip icon next to the job number on the Home window:

Your client can also review and let you know their approval on a certain asset that you shared with them by clicking on the link to the asset from the Digital Asset list, and then clicking “Approve” or “Reject” button:

They can also make changes and upload a revision of the document by clicking on “Upload Revision”.
