Navigation
Let’s begin by examining the functionality of the e·silentpartner CRM module. The CRM menu, located on the top menu, will direct you to the CRM sections. Clicking on CRM > Dashboard will direct you to the CRM dashboard.
The picture shown below is the CRM “dashboard” and contains information most pertinent to daily sales and marketing processes. This information and layout is user specific and customizable. You might want to see a list of scheduled phone calls and emails to be made, or a graph analyzing the potential sales amount of a specific lead.

The remaining CRM menu items will lead you to the different sections of CRM including adding and searching for prospects and contacts - to setting up codes and language definitions for customer categorization. Looking at these sections, we can start to explore what drives the information on the dashboard. All information here is created from how much or how little information you input. The more detailed information you input into e·silentpartner CRM, the more succinct your sales processes will become.
