e·silentpartner includes a single entry, fully integrated financial management system. Simply stated, this means that when an entry is completed – whether it is a client payment, client invoice generation, or entry and/or payment of a vendor invoice – the effect of that entry is reflected in all related areas of your database.

For example, a client payment processed by e·silentpartner will:

  1. Decrease the balance due on the client invoice.
  2. Decrease the overall balance on a client’s account.
  3. Re-age the overall client balance.
  4. Increase the cash balance on general ledger.
  5. Decrease the balance of accounts receivable.

While e·silentpartner incorporates generally accepted accounting principles in its design, all processes are done behind the scenes and you, the end user, do not have to decide what should be debited or credited. e·silentpartner does it for you!

The purpose of this section is to give you an in-depth overview of the bookkeeping processes, e·silentpartner performs to keep your books in balance and provide you the necessary, up to date, financial information you need to manage your business. But first let’s set the stage for you.
